So sorry for not getting back to you sooner , but have been spending all that extra money you arranged for me. I can not speak highly enough of the level of service and commitment from Fast Fix Finance, particularly Michael Gates who really went the extra mile and a half to get me refinancing for my house. With some black marks on my credit file it was proving very difficult. Having been to see 3 or 4 other brokers (who I might add promised the world, no problems etc.) who would never get back to you, or you just couldn't contact them. And having had bad financing advice in the first place when buying the house, it was so wonderful to find some one who was up front and told you all the ins & outs. My husband and I had been stuck in the rent cycle for ages - we wanted a home of our own but due to our circumstances we never believed we would meet the criteria set out by lenders. Then we got some really bad news, the rental property we lived in was being sold and the cost of renting was getting so high it was such a waste of money. We needed help but didn't know where to go. I had been looking at houses in the paper and went to an open house at a house that was our dream home. We'd never had any experience with buying a house before and didn't know what we were doing a lot of the time but Michael was happy to offer help and advice. I honestly don't know how we would have coped without his help.
